SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSTM) — An Ohio man was sentenced to 10 years in prison Friday for breaking into a New York home in 2022. He was subsequently married by the same judge who handed down his sentence. Anthony Santiago was charged with burglary in the first degree and sentenced Friday to 10 years in prison by Judge Melina McGuinnigle. FERNDALE BOROUGH, Pa. (WJAC) — Several area crews battled a fire Saturday evening at an abandoned home in Ferndale Borough. The Hollidaysburg Veterans Home honored 24 people and 28 organizations for their contributions Wednesday, thanking those that volunteer their time with veterans. 10 of those people spent more than 100 hours in 2023 with residents, including Volunteer of the Year Pattie Fromknecht, who had a whopping 272 hours.
