It almost happened to a 3-year-old girl in West Palm Beach over the weekend. Another eaglet has hatched in the PA Farm Country Eagle Nest, the game commission said Friday morning. The eggs were laid in February. (AP) — Four people have been charged in the alleged rape of a Louisiana State University student who authorities say was assaulted, then left in an Baton Rouge sub-division near where she was then struck and killed by a motor vehicle. Kaivon Washington, 18, and a 17-year-old whose name was withheld because he is a juvenile, were charged with third-degree rape, according to court documents. Authorities in Calvert County, Maryland are releasing new details about the disappearance and death of a prominent DC-area photographer, whose remains were discovered earlier this month near a home in Brown Township, Mifflin County. A bill that said student teachers in Pennsylvania will be paid passed through the State House. Lawmakers said they are proposing student teachers get a grant of $10,000 with this bill. The bill says the grant money would come from the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency. It said teachers who take in a student teacher would also be rewarded $2,500.
